Angles: how to hire people?

Hey guys,

I think creativity to come up with angles to run campaigns is definitely my worst skill. I'm not good at it.

What's the best strategy to hire people to work on that? Look for copywriters? Just creative people in general?

Would love to hear some comments about how you guys come up with angles or how have you structured this process. Thanks.

You could do that.

Also you could create some partnerships. if your more of a tech guy just start networking until you find someone with more a creative mindset.

OR
you could tell yourself to sit down and just study copywriting and angles a few hours a day for a few weeks/months and now you have this skill forever

You have several options here :

- rip stuff from others, try to understand why it works and try to imitate and learn from it

- hire a copywriter ... there are companies that specialize in this, but it will usually be quite costly.

- use the power of STM ... quite a few of the recent new members offered copywriting help in exchange for other types of help ... browse the introduction section to find some : https://stmforum.com/forum/forumdisp...f-Make-Friends

- look for freelancers on fiverr, upwork ... or use the recently launched "affjobs gigs" over at affjobs.com

Personally, I try to come up with the copy myself ... I also look at what others are using and learn from it ... this has worked the best for me and I would say it also what you should aim for.

Considering angles is one of the more key components to consistent profits, I wouldn't skimp on pricing but you can still get decent people for cheap. I was chatting to a friend who contacts people at the top colleges of the USA and gets them to part time creative write some angles. Not exactly couple $'s an hour cheap, but the content is super good and he continuously crushes new angles.

There are many places to find angles already made for you, just need a little creative spin to word it to your offers/products. Buzzfeed, Upworthy, Viralnova etc all great places to nab ready made content lol
