Ive tried countless times to hire assistants to farm my accounts but somehow it never works out, they quit or i fire them and here's why:
- They think its something illegal and don't want to be part of, so they quit (Main reason)
- No work ethics, so i fire them
Teaching someone how to farm accounts is not exactly easy. It takes time and patience from my part and i try my best but for the most part it doesnt work and its really frustrating to invest time in someone and having to start all over again.
But i know when i find the correct person, it would help me so much.
Side note, pay is not a problem, i pay my assistants more than what they ask for, more than the current norms and give them bonus every now and then.
I never bothered to hire an assistant from developing countries like US/UK/etc because i think they'll be more reluctant to do it. I've been hiring filipinos, indians, etc but nothing really works.
How do i find a good assistant to farm my accounts, any advice?
