Just found a very eye opening tactic using social synonyms to expand your keyword targeting on FB and sites that can be used to generate some ideas. I've definitely been leaving some traffic on the table.

That 4:20 ad is great!
That is some serious keyword analysis. That would take hours to complete. It will also (presumably) drown out your core audience, which will be crucial to your CTR and CPC. Still, I would wanna test it.
Solid stuff, this is usually what you want to do when you have a working campaign and your ready to BLOW IT UP!

It takes hours to complete, but its absolutely worth it when you can take you target market from 400,000 to 1.8 mil.
as for "drowning out your core audience" it's really just based on how far out you go with your keyword research.
For example:
If your selling auto insurance, and your initially targeting car brands/models (then your assuming those people drive)
1. You can expand to car part brands, car stores, car forum urls (this is a safe keyword expansion)
2. You can expand to the movie fast and the furious, 2 fast 2 furious, gone in 60 seconds, vin diesel and ludacris (this is non safe keyword expansion)
So you have to have some common sense when doing this type of keyword expansion, but it's necessary and works when its time to scale up!
