help with t-shirt angles

hello!!

looking for some tips for making FB ads for selling t-shirts!

timelessvibe.com is my store

do you think it's tough to sell these since they are not niche designs?

Thank you STM!

I am kinda missing a WOW when I see the shirts honestly. If they would be in H&M store people will buy them big time I think. This sounds a bit contrary I know, but I hope you get my point. And you are right it's too broad and missing some kind of edge I think.

Perhaps something like this could work - Arm Wrestling - Which Of Your Arm Wrestle Enemy Should Have This Shirt? - and hope buddies tag eachother and your cost become so low you might create a bit margin.

ahahah damn bro you still got a freakin cool angle out of all this genericness !!! And yes, got your point, thanks for the feedback .

So print on demand + FB ads needs to be niched down to the max in order to be the most efficient.

So for something like you suggested (the arm wrestling shirt), an engagement ad would be better than a traffic ad?

Regarding GEO is it better to start from a broad area like USA, or better to pick certain cities and start with these?

Thanks for the tips and help with the angle!

Perhaps check with Google were the biggest arm wrestle tournaments are and target on those states for example. Not sure your ad will be hott enough when showing a photo of the t-shirt, so maybe use a funny/blooper video of arm wrestling to get the viral effect and put your store links subtle but outstanding to get most clicks.

Honestly I always do traffic, no engagement.

strange! just checked now and it works, also I'm not in control of any devops or sysadmin because I'm using Shopify, so I assume any outage is very short.

brooo! I ran an ad similar to what you suggested: here it is!

ad + stats + store t-shirt stats:
https://imgur.com/a/kKHP65O

So the ad went really well... but out of 200 people that saw the t-shirt nobody even went to checkout, maybe the arm wrestling people think the store is too "classy" so they exit because they only buy from "KRUSHIN MUSCLE VIOLENCE APOCALYPSE BICEP CURL" kind of stores? ahah

not a huge loss, only 40$ spent.

a bit lost, I think I should niche down more, I am thinking now to niche down to programmers/engineers, since it's what I do for a living and therefore I can find more jokes, quotes and viral videos about the topics..

Thank you very much for your suggestions tho, was crazy cool to see finally an ad running at 6 cents per click in USA, and some good traffic going thru my store

Also Shopify just notifies me that:

```
Since store launch
Your store is getting a lot of traffic
Your traffic is in the top 12% of stores that launched the same week as you. Every visitor is a potential customer-great work!
```
but zeeeero conversion!!! I can definitely do better with a wayy more niched down store

Awesome results man, 0,06ct in US is very nice! Perhaps adjust your tee's to a more "musclin" design and get them testosteron guys to buy your t-shirts! You found the ad sweepspot now, so go go go!
