Your cpc's look awfully high. Since you have a LAL it must be that your ads/images are not attractive enough.
How big are the audiences you run on?
Ok. So assuming you have a quality LAL, your audience is big enough. Really optimize your ads/images. CTR is not good so make sure you attract home-owners better!
Imagine you can get CPC's of 0,20ct or lower!
i personally do not recommend using the LLAs u get from networks. imagine how many affiliates are targeting that audience .
LLA direct from advertisers lists or your own list is the only way to go lol, and keeping them not to big otherwise they've always been counterproductive imo.
First of all are you targeting mobile or desktop?
Landers are okay but not sure why the google ad is loading right near the headline on mobile... would look distracting from the main headline lol (if its mobile..)
Refi definitely works on FB, but be prepared for lower ROI then what you may be expecting... these landers have been smashed to death
I can see many ads that too have been used a lot, try spark some imagination and aim for 4-5% CTR's which will be a more sweeter spot for some return. The beauty of Refi is although people accept lower roi then the darker counterparts its a) mostly allowed by FB still and b) the demographic is enormous
Refi:
You're on the right track here in terms of the angle/banner/marketing side. Just need to find a way to lower those CPCs substantially. Hard to make much work with that high of price.
My 2 cents from being in this industry - those landers aren't different enough to matter. Don't worry about testing those anymore. Figure out your CPCs & CTRs.
Great thread, does anyone think copying the adv's quiz and trying to find a backend buyer on your own might be worth a look? COuld help increase roi with such CPCs? Obviously theres more to it then just finding a buyer but could be a better step considering the competition for this niche?
I'm targeting both. I;m using ClickFunnels to build the landers, so the ads on pc look good (second column) but on mobile, I agree, it looks awful, it puts the ad so big on the screen. I will move or remove the top ad. Not worth the $3/mo in AdSense revenue
for FB, I'm using the conversion type campaigns, but I'm paying for impressions. Is there any way to pay for clicks instead (and keep the conversion type campaign)? Thanks!
I personally do not like the LP. I think with refi - minimal content is needed, we did something similar like a credit consolidation and we had a lot of leads go in because the ad should already tell them what is needed, the lander should show them the solution enough. refi isnt a ad I think you need to influence users to do.
as for the cooler, I think you need to put it in an article to be used somewhere, like a story line not actual facts on the device. - the refi I know it can be done better.
