Voluum doesn't track conversions

Hi everyone,
I'm running a sweeps campaigns with popup traffic (only Popads for now) in tier2 GEO.
#1 Phase = Bot testing - OK
#2 Phase = LP Testing - OK
#3 Phase = Offers Testing - KO

Now... comes the problems...

The winning LP is having a good CTR (with low optimization - only bot cut and no other a/b test) and still running near -50%ROI... BUT Voluum setup doesn't track conversions at all, for the 2 network that are converting....

Those 2 are :

- Yepads
- Aragon Affiliate

For Aragon I can talk with my AM (maybe after the weekend I suppose...) for Yepads I can't find who can talk to.

Someone can tell me how to set trackback url for this 2 networks? I can't find 'global trackback option' in their frontend... neither in the offer section...

It's frustrating converting and can't track it!

Thank you for your help!!

[sorry for not posting into tracking section - next time i'll be more careful]

For YepAds you'll need to check with your AM - I've never run there.

For Aragon, go to your offer description page and scroll down to the section "Your Pixels/Postback". Click on "+Add New Pixel/Postback". Set your "Code Type" to "Postback URL". Then in the "Code" field paste your Voluum postback url (which you can find in Voluum by clicking on the gear icon > Tracking URLs > Postback URL) and change the tokens as follows...

Let's say your voluum postback url is:

http://track.domain.com/postback?cid...&txid=OPTIONAL

Then you should modify it as follows and paste it into Aragon:

http://track.domain.com/postback?cid={aff_sub2}&payout={payout}

Then, each offer you add to Voluum, you'll need to pass the clickid using the {aff_sub2} variable. For example...

Say your aragon offer url is:

http://jump.linked-extension.com/aff...5&aff_id=67890

Then this should be your Voluum offer link:

http://jump.linked-extension.com/aff_c?offer_id=12345&aff_id=67890&aff_sub2={clicki d}

Personally I like to also pass either the campaign id or a traffic source id - just so if a certain campaign or traffic network is resulting in low-quality leads, the aff network can choose to tell me to stop sending traffic from that particular campaign or traffic network instead of kicking me off the offer altogether. So my Voluum offer link would look like this:

http://jump.linked-extension.com/aff_c?offer_id=12345&aff_id=67890&aff_sub={campaig n.id}&aff_sub2={clickid}

Note: I didn't HAVE to use aff_sub2 to pass the clickid. I could have used aff_sub3 or any other aff_sub tokens. Whichever you choose to use, just make sure it's the same in both the postback AND the offer url.

For YepAds, if you can't figure out what the postback link should be, please provide a screenshot of all the postback tokens at YepAds, and I'll take a look.

Thank you vortex!
I’ll try ASAP.
The LP that convert is one of your ‘sweeps LP’ that I found browsing here (with little graphics variations).
I ve got no words to thank you and the other members for all the valuable tips and guides posted here!

I’m still newbie, but join STM gave me a real boost. I realized that I was doing a lot of things really bad!
