Some questions about payment methods
I'm going to start to sell in Poland, UK, USA and some other countries and I'm thinking about payment methods.
In Poland I'm going to use:
What payment methods should I use in USA and UK? I tried to register Stripe, however, I can't choose Poland on their list (my company is in Poland). What should I do in this case? What payment methods should I choose for the USA to be able to register and be able to get payments in Poland?
The other question
I'd like to use one-click upsell but I'm not sure if it's possible with all payment methods. Do you know how can I do it with PayU or P24 (I'm using WordPress)? Is it possible? I know it should be easy with PayPal but do you have any experience with doing it using PayU or other less known payment providers?

Stripe has a pretty limited selection of supported countries.
Braintree does basically the same thing for basically the same price (they're direct competitors) + has built in Paypal support, and also supports a lot more countries including Poland:

For countries like Poland or the other ones in the region ... Slovakia, Czech Rep., Hungary etc ... COD is a must, especially in CZ and SK, plus online banking payments with the major banks ... it's very popular in eastern EU. People login with their internet banking credentials and basically send a wire. Without these two, I wouldn't even bother.

Yep, as Matej said, you definitely need COD.
For CC processing i’m happy with PAYMILL. Though the approval process was quite lengthy, I had to send over a ton of documents via post mail, a whole bunch of calls and emails.
Braintree might not approve you if you’re doing pure dropshipping.

One more question not associated with payment gateways, but very simple, so I’m writing in the same thread.
I know that when I drop ship directly from China to UK, I don’t need to pay vat in Poland (country where I have my company).
However do I need to register VAT in UK and pay there?

VAT is such a complicated topic that I would strongly advice to consult a licensed accountant or a VAT advisory ... we've had several VAT related discussions here on STM, but quite rarely did we come to the same conclusions regarding the question asked

Handling VAT in the wrong way can get you into serious trouble, so do not underestimate this.
