Senseless Adwords Ban (4)

Hey Adwords experts, I need a solution.

I was senselessly banned 2 weeks ago. A brand new account, linked to an old email account in attempt to make a MCC. No history of anything against Adwords policy on this email nor on the account nor on the next account linked.

Literally did not run any campaigns and noticed a small $30 charge on my credit card. I called in to inquire why the charge before running any camps, and they put the account in investigation. 1 week later, BAN HAMMER.

So I've been calling to clear things up and now they just redirect me out to a generic "Your account has been suspended" answering machine.

I seriously would not scam Google for $30.. lol.

So instead of the appeal process which seems like its going to be a slim chance of even getting on the phone with them, what is the best way to create a new account nd stay unbanned?

-The account was linked to my business name (Do I change business name under Adwords?)
-The account was linked to my main business credit card (Change credit card?)
-The account was linked to my business Adress (Change business adress in Adwords?)
-The account was linked to my main business Gmail (New Gmail?)
-The account was accesed from my main IP (Open new account on another IP?)
-The account was linked to my business website (change Domain name? relocate server?)
-The account was created on my main laptop (Open account on new laptop?)

Just how far would I have to go to get another account? I know its definitely not as simple as "just open another account on another email"

Be careful of your "footprint" if you make a new account do it from a new machine and Ip and never log in from the banned IP

My sympathies... I am relatively new to this whole IM world but I signed up to run ads with Adwords on Youtube, spent about 500$, everything was going well... then stopped running ads when I got into natives... didn't do anything with the account... then suddenly two weeks later I get an email that my account was under investigation.

I wrote a very professional, thorough response, offering to send them anything they needed... didn't help. Just a very cold unfriendly email telling me I was permanently banned and to not apply under any new accounts.

Awful company that google... can't say I wish them well!

Anyway though as a beginner I don't have any great advice on the digital side, but in case it helps for this or any other purposes there's a great law firm called Nevada Corporate Headquarters that will do nominee-service LLC creation.

1800$ gets you an LLC with no ties to your name. They set up everything themselves then transfer it into your name outside the public domain so its not discoverable by any (ambulance-chasing) attorneys or anything else.

Might be overkill, I have no idea, but thought I'd mention it in case its helpful for this or anything else anyone on here needs. We use them for creating LLC's to buy investment real estate in and they are a great company.
