Does anybody know if there will be the STM island this year?
also, when and where?

I think STM Island was designed for cities like Berlin or Bangkok that does not provide a natural beach opportunity. Barcelona is on a beach itself, so I imagine there will be tons of beach activities both before and after the conference.
