Cannot Setup Paypal as a Payment Method

Hi there guys,

I'm trying to set up PayPal as a payment method on a bunch of accounts, but I'm getting the following error:

Name:	Screenshot_3.png
Views:	38
Size:	19.5 KB
ID:	19137

PayPal accounts are relatively new (1 week old) but they're verified (debit card verified).

I tried to get in touch with both, Facebook and PayPal support and they both say that everything looks fine on their end.

Have you guys got any solution for this? Thanks in advance!

I think you need to deposit some money on the accounts too, not only adding the cards.

Paypal is too new. Try to make few smaller purchases somewhere else.

But usually wait few weeks after adding a card to PP before adding to paypal.

Yep, what AdzMed said.

You can't pay with new paypal on FB ads, no matter if it's verified with legit cc's, addresses etc. Combine few purchases and give it time first.

We had issues on a completely clean account with a very old and clean PayPal account too, so I would not really recommend relying on PayPal for FB ads. To me it seems like one of those things that puts your account in the bucket of "something's fishy".

Honestly we don't have issues with connecting vcc's to fresh paypal accounts and then attach to FB.

Interesting. So completely fresh paypals+vcc and then can immediately attach to FB?

Only way Ive been able to do it with the fresh ones is by playing with javascript in the browser

That's correct. I think it's a matter of finding vcc supplier who haven't been milked out to the bone already.
