Heavy Ads Rejection on Yahoo Gemini

Hey guys

I'm back running on Yahoo Gemini after quite some time and I'm noticing it has become way stricter than I remembered; I can't seem to have my campaigns approved no matter how clean they are. I'm running refi and insurance lead gen camps right now.

For example I uploaded an insurance campaign with the classical one page advertorial you see running on networks like Revcontent, I tried to keep everything as clean as possible, headline was literally; "Save Big On Your Car Insurance With This Tip", image was that of a traffic jam, still ad disapproved for being misleading.

Tried another e-com campaign with a listicle of some tech gadgets, one page advertorial, still rejected for being misleading.

Anyone running heavy on Gemini knows what they want and how to get ads approved?

Thank you!

They're getting pretty strict these days. I'll need to look it up but someone here mentioned that only 1 in 10 of their ads are being approved on gemini, might just be a matter of having to keep trying different things until you get one through.

Yes, they have canceled most of our ads.
I looked at Aadplexity for proper ads for our FX traffic, it's kind of helped.

Funny you should mention this, we're seeing the same thing. Big crackdown on even old creative that has been perfectly fine in the past. Still getting new stuff approved with similar creative, but mostly random as to what gets up.

yea nothing gets approved on gemini, but the bigger issue is the traffic seems to suck also, idk if there is a specific type of camp you guys run?

focus on clicks, conversions ? etc

I used to spend upwards of $20,000/day on Gemini, however, a few months ago they put in a new policy team which is extremely strict and I had to completely stop using Gemini after getting new ads live was virtually impossible. Even my dirty rep wasn't able to help.

same experience here. went from an amazing source to impossible approvals even with agency assistance.

Hey any news recently? Are they still super strict or did they loosen up? just curious about others and if they are still making gemini work.
