I was just reading an EWA newsletter, and he mentioned a great tip for TrafficVance.

Did you know that TV bidding positions 1 through 3 deliver almost the same traffic if the target has a full activity bar?

It will spit out any ads that are being promoted on certain sites, there are thousands. Most of Ryan's ads look like branders ads, but whatrunswhere.com lets you see a ton of affiliate ads.

http://www.whatrunswhere.com is where it's at. It's affordable, and pretty amazing. It's not all encompassing but it gives some good motivation.
