Not sure why you need to buy Taboola accounts. Unless you are cloaking and get caught, that is your own fault but even If that happens, you can get a 2nd account made with Taboola without any issues If you know what you are doing.
Save your money, get a new CC, go to Taboola.com and make a new account. Simple.

Yes, i was cloaking and got caught.
I did create a new account with fake info, and they asked for driving license/ID and CC statement scans.
