I am looking to making some videos which include Powerpoint presentation, me talking and some screen capture.

^ screenflow is awesome, there's a a cheaper alternative on App Store for Mac called "screeny" you should check out too.. on PC I used to use Camtasia
I am using windows, can you insert yourself (web camera) into the recording?

but for down and dirty quick and easy (5 min or less).....jing can't be beat...
