As some networks don't allow you to put your pixel on their "thank you" page I was thinking about
just using the pixel data from a similar product.
It's weight loss. As far as I understand it weight loss products target usually the same people anyway.
Women about 35 and above or so.
The pixel data I have is from a weight loss program that used a religious angle.
Does it work to use the pixel data for a weight loss offer that has a yoga angle?

The pixel does what you tell it to do, so if you gathered a custom audience of previous buyers, you can use that for other ads.
The potential performance could be lower in lookalike audiences because it will target people similar to the previous audience which is not exactly what you need now but still more similar than most options.
In other words, it works in theory but in practice you have to test and keep in mind the Pixel is only as good as the data you feed through it.
