Are crypto/blockchain offers BH or WH on Facebook? Is cloaking a requisite for running such offers?

Facebook doesn't allow crypto offers in general. But if you cloak well you might be able to get it live. Another option is to create a mild agressive ad + prelander without cloaking and get approved. Both ways are kinda hard to achieve, but nothing is impossible!

They are clearly BH.

Though some people manage to pass through with some blockchain related products.

There's been a bit of trouble in the UK with crypto advertising in relation to celebrity endorsements, so -at least in the UK- it's very difficult for crypto to get live, BH or WH.

Indeed. Maybe I'm being a bit generous with the "Celebrity" tag there...

Definitely pushing into the BH category hard... even if you do develop an angle that appears safer it might get through level 1 of ad approvals and run but don't get comfortable it could be shot down at any time.

Wouldn't suggest running unless you're able to get your hands on multiple accounts *headaches*
