FB Manual bidding- 0 impressions??

I am having a problem with my adsets getting impressions.

I have 3 manual bidding adsets. Budget is $100/ea. All same audience. Only difference is the manual bid. $17,$21,$23.
Its been 1 day now and all my auto bid adsets are working fine its just the 3 manual bid adsets that have 0. The ads are approved so I don't know what the deal is.

Your bids may be too low? Try cranking one up and see what happens.

What’s the suggested bid when trying manual?

Yeah try to go more agressive maybe. Sometimes it takes 24/48hrs to get traffic from FB with new campaigns tho'.
Other thing might be your ads are in manual review.

Is this a solid account or relatively new/farmed?

Suggested bid manual is $7.
I just cranked it up to $27 just now.
My account has never had any issues. Nothing black hat in my game.
All the other auto bidding campaigns are running fine that were created at the same time as the manual bidding one.
I don't think it is a time issue because I have run into this problem before and I never got any impressions after a week. That was for another adset.
Is my budget of $100 sufficient for bids of $17,$21,$23?

Any movement now? Perhaps your daily budget is too low indeed. What is the audience size? And ads are exact the same as the automatic bidding ad sets?

Running WH isn't a guarantee for not getting banned at the moment. Thereby loads of people "think" they run whitehat (no offense haha) but miss certain things which might trigger FB to check your account.

Still not running. I also created another adset and used a much lower bid of $9 and same result. Audience is over 1 mill. Ads are exact same as the auto bid adsets.
I think its maybe because I did a wc-pur campaign and fb does not want to give me sales this easy even if I am paying close to $20 for conversions.

Try one with a super high bid like 50 or more and see if it gains traction even if it’s with a low budget.

If all of of your ads are like this it sounds like a manual revision but it’s taking more than expected.
