I'm assuming the answer is yes however, my test isn't recording clicks in Propser.
I've setup two normal landing page campaigns within Prosper (with the redirect on the oubound offer links as normal), added the two Propser outbound links (from each landing page campaign) as links in the URL rotator, and have used the rotator package URL (the one that combines the two landingpage) in my ads (POF). The lading pages rotate and I can click through to the offer page however, no clicks are recorded with my Aff Network and none in Prosper.
Is there a special way to do this?
yes, but its best if Besmir comments. I did this months ago and not fresh in my head.
Probably I'm missing something , but looks like you are doing it right.
If you can see the pages rotating and can click on them then the rotator has done it's job.
If P202 is not recording clicks most probably it's a prosper configuration error.

Each landing pages above was setup like as and individual, normal landing page (not advance). Each landing page was added to Prosper202, offer added as a campaign (same offer), traffic source added etc. The offer button on both landing pages goes through a PHP redirect to record landing page CTRs.
No clicks recorded in Propser strange enough although there are clicks leaving POF.
