What is legal now? How can I not get a ban? Only insurance or something like sweeps?

That's pretty much answered in Facebook's own policies.

Most affliates get banned either for running things absolutely not allowed by Facebook or for using misleading angles.

There are not many things that are absolutely banned by Facebook actually.

Things like casino and dating (not adult) are actually allowed under certain conditions.

In other words, it's complicated, you have to read and re-read the rules and expect to get banned if you ever try to push the envelope.

I may be wrong, but as I remember the dayting, an absolute taboo, no matter how you promote it. (for adults of course, I'm talking about the usual)
