Optimizely, Visual Web Optimizer, Splitly, Lead Pages...
The amount of tools available out there to simplify and automate A/B testing are countless. But would you guys recommend using them for mobile pop landing pages ? Do such tools slow down your page loading speed?
You can split-test landing pages using any tracker used by affiliates without having to add additional costs to your campaigns, especially on pops.
I think such services are suitable for some more complex funnels where you can really benefit from.

I'm not a fan of those services.
They charge you thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars for the added benefit of letting you create page variations from the comfort of web browser.
They're not cost effective for running pops by any stretch, and you can accomplish much of the same thing by using javascript to dynamically change things and your trackers ability to rotate landers.
It still takes some time to setup tests that way, but you probably shouldn't be testing a ton of variations anyway depending on your conversion rate.
For pop landing pages, sounds like a super clear no.
Haha unanimous answer. Cool, thank you.
No way!
It would be okay for some WH lead gen stuff, but overkill for pops, especially if you can run beautiful split tests directly in tracker.
Some of them have nice multivariate testing tools which you cannot emulate / calculate the results with a tracker.
But I agree, this is top expensive for pops, might make sense for traffic sources like Adwords where CPC is high.
