How To Monetize Tier 3 Geos for Dating?

SO im running a dating campaign mostly tier 1 & 2 countries allowed, but were getting alot of Tier 3 traffic as well.

what ways do you guys monetize these?
where should i send them?

There are 2 options basically, either send them to a smartlink type of network, for example monetizer ... or you could pick a more specific one from Mobidea, bitterstrawberry ... there are several out there.

Or look for dating offers in those GEOs and send the traffic there.

Alternatively : there are revshare dating offers that take most GEOs, or try to send them to an unrelated but BROAD appeal offer ... for example some sweeps or push it more and setup a privacy/antivirus lander with a corresponding offer.
