Hey Guys,
I'm newbie, I have learned some post in STM forum, I'm ready to play Afflow Arbitrage or other CPA/CPI, I have set up camps for Geo+Carrier combinations, I spend some money to buy pop traffic via pop traffic like PopAds, such as $1 and 500 impressions, I want to know,
What happened in 500 End-users' devices?
Can I found the 500 pages that End-user visited(page before ad pop, maybe some news)?
And study how it pop-lander-lead when user hold his smartphone (via VPN)?
Can I trace the 500 pages in which website?
When I change my bid or targeting options, how to trace the change of End-user?
Sorry to my poor english
Are you already using a tracker?
You just need to use one to track your campaigns performance then optimize based on the stats you see there.

Hello, welcome to STM!
As @platinum pointed out, first step would be to use a tracker.
There you could send all the available tokens from traffic source and also see the referrers etc.
However if you run something like pops, then many networks hide and anonymize their publishers behind a "random" looking number ie. placement ID.
In this case it's kinda tricky to reverse engineer it.
There are sites like publicwww.com which let's you search for footprints in websites source code, but it doesn't guarantee results.
Anyway, why do you need to see the site? I think just tracking the placement IDs will be pretty enough as you will be able to start optimise based on that data
@ platinum, Yes, I’m now using a tracker called
@ erikgyepes, Thank you, I’m now using
I have played Afflow without tracker, some campaigns have +50% ROI, BUT most are negative, one or two campaigns -100% ROI. Maybe I need to learn more about the underlying, hidden details.
If I can trace the details of pop traffic source , may be I can optimise the bid, choose better offer-traffic soure-geo combination, and the most important, selectively block some bot click/shit site/bad placement
Sorry to my poor english
What you need is to use dynamic tracking tokens, pretty much any traffic sources is using them. This way, they will pass crucial info like placement/site, creative/banner etc... directly to your tracker, where you can analyze this data later on. For it to work properly, you also need to setup a postback with the affiliate networks that you are using ... postback "tells" the tracker what visit/click made the conversion.
I suggest you read some of the threads we have about tracking, here is a good one for you : https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...-read-this-now
Please note it's been written a while ago, so some of the sources mentioned are no longer working, but the principle is still the same.
Alternatively, check the 40-day tutorial, it deals with tracking setup too : https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...ntro-and-Index
