So has anyone encountered this issue with Propeller Ads?
- The payment processing page doesn't accept any of my cards, even though my banks know to allow the transaction.
- When trying to use Propeller Ads payment portal, they deny my payment and list a number to call (no, I'm not dumb enough to call a random number from a website)
- I call my bank using the number on the back of the card, they have no records of the payments being tried from PA.
- My account is now suspended due to "suspicious activity", even though the account was funded via my PayPal.
Anyone else have a similar situation?
Are you using a vpn?
Calling the number doesn’t seem like such a crazy idea to be honest? Perhaps your card has been blocked due to the number of retries.
They are a big company, perhaps take this opportunity to seek out a responsive rep who can resolve issues like this

Its highly likely that the card processing merchant is stopping the transaction before it reaches the bank for authorization. Pretty normal, for example in cases where the billing address does not match your browser country.
Seeing as you’ve been paying with PayPal up to now, may also be a simple case of needing the card to be whitelisted
Can’t imagine it’s much to worry about or anything shady

I don't know what's so different with PropellerAds, but while I was running there, credit card deposits would get rejected on a regular basis.
And I was making deposits every couple days. Similar amounts too.
Every time it happened, my credit card would get locked, and I had to call my credit card company to lift the lock.
If it's not overly troublesome for you to do bank wires, I would suggest trying that. I never had problems when making deposits that way. (It's just that I was too lazy to go to the bank every couple days, and my bank didn't have that service available online, so I'd rather make the occasional call instead.)

In my experience even if you turn the VPN off your payments will still be blocked unless you clear browser data. This has happened to me on multiple traffic networks,
You need to either clear your browser data if you surf the browser using a VPN or just use another browser. This has worked for me 100%, even if payments get declined seconds before on a browser I've used a VPN on.
So now shady becomes even shadier!
- They asked me for images of the cards and my ID.
- I ask them to tell me the last four numbers of each card in question.
- They reply with "we don't have that info about the cards to provide you"
- I then send them screenshots of the PayPal payments used to fund the account.
- They are still asking for credit cards but can't specifically tell me which ones they want.
Are these guys just being scammers and should I report them to PayPal?
They're definitely not scammers, we spent half a million with them within these few years without any problems. Maybe someone who is in charge of Propeller Ads on this forum could help you out?
