is it recommendable to place the FB pixel on a click bank weight loss offer's thank you page during the warm up process of a new BM and account or shall I wait until the account is warmed up and/or I have more accounts in the BM?

On a personal account I would avoid using a pixel at the warm up stage, since it's very unlikely an average person which has a FB account for just a couple of months already knows about Facebook pixels. When it comes to BM, you would say if FB thinks it's oke for you to run on business accounts, you probably would know about FB pixels. At least is makes sense a bit more.
Personally I like to stick to the basics and avoid as much as activity on accounts. The more you add/adjust/do in an ad manager, the more reasons for FB to take a look.
Honestly I would say it's do-able yes, but not talking from direct experience.
