Does the account already exist or is it a new one?
If it’s new then the third option. If it’s from a client but you want to own it the first option.
Second option is for getting access to a clients account only without owning it.

What option would allow me to use my BM's payment method on to the client accounts I add?
Request access (second option) , if you are running BH. Simply because after account goes down, you can kick it out and keep the BM clean. Also you can add payment method with any of those tbh. Might trigger issues first time adding the card, but can always verify it.
