AdWords Suspenden for circumventing systems & suspicious payment

Hi guys,

I run a small Marketing Agency and we are mainly focused on Google AdWords/Shopping for clients.

3 months ago, we tried it with Affiliate. We started with AdCombo. I have used AdWords to generate traffic and Unbounce for building LP where the traffic was sent to.
My first big mistake was, that I have put all campaigns into one AdWords Acc, that was by the way not created under my MCC.

We had no problems for 3 months until one morning... I opened the Acc and we were suspended for circumventing systems. I have tried to contact Google many times but without
any useful information. After that, I have created around 10 new Acc under my MCC (on the same day) and have uploaded one campaign per Acc. I have also changed every
domain with a fresh one and added a new CC (not VCC). All Acc went into review and a couple hours later, every Acc was suspended for suspicious payment!

I have read that one can create more AdWords Acc under one MCC and use the same CC for every Acc. My plan was when one Acc gets suspended, the others would be live and I would simply
create a new Acc and change the domain name of the LP.

After that I have used VPN (to be shown in my local country under a new IP) and created another ACC under the same MCC (before that I have unlinked the suspended ACC). I have
created only one campaign and used another fresh CC. I got suspended for suspicious payment after 1 hour.

I think that the main problem is with my LP. One guy told me that it could be because I have started FB remarketing not long ago. but I am pretty new at this, so it would be a great help if you read this and take a look at one LP and give me your opinion and suggestions
on how I can get online with my Ads again.

Here is one LP example: https://www.ecoslim-romania.shop/

"After that I have used VPN (to be shown in my local country under a new IP)" <-- This is a big problem too.

I see a few issues with what took place when transitioning to Affiliate marketing to what looks like the Nutra vertical:

Firstly, if you were using cloaking techniques, the Circumventing Systems suspension reason would be applicable.

Second, if your ad text was drastically different than the content you were promoting, the Circumventing Systems suspension policy would also be applicable. (See Adwords Support: https://support.google.com/adwordspo.../6020954?hl=en) .

Third, when attempting to create new accounts using a VPN, the Suspicious Billing Activity suspension reason is applicable because Adwords may have an issue with the IP used to sign up for the Adwords account since it would potentially be in a database of known VPN IPs. Your MCC account may now be tainted.

Ideally, you start fresh with a new Adwords account that is not associated with your MCC account

Thanks guys a lot for the valuable info!

I did not use cloaking at all.

My Ads had almost the same content as on my LP.

Only thing I did is, that my ads were disapproved from time to time for misleading content and I found a bug. To save time I have just changed the URL for the Ad (example: instead /ecoslim/ I had changed it to /ecoslim1/) and my Ad got approved everytime.

So only this could be the issue.

I talked with my cousin today. She is working for an insurance company and runs AdWords like I do, only for insurance (also has a contact form on her LP). She told me that she got suspended many times, but after that, she just created a new AdWords acc, new E-Mail, changed the complete billing data and used the SAME CC and got online again.

I have tried that today and my Ad is still under review. I think it is going for a manual check so it is waiting until tomorrow.

I will post the result.

My adwords account was shutdown too recently I had an lp that was a review of a financial product that I guess they didnt like although I had no outrageous promises or anything just a review and some images of exotic cars and a yacht. I gave up after appealing numerous times to google. But this post gave me a little hope. I will try to open a new account from a new ip, new CC and new domains.

Try to Index your site first
Don't use VPN
Try to use same IP and Billing
don't use shared hosting
Try business hosting
Happy Adwordsing...

Google probably does not like nutra and you are getting band for it.

If you have an MCC, save that for evergreen Campaigns. Don't risk that account with hardcore offers.

I heard about a new technique.

Multiloginapp + 3g data sim cards

If someone uses this method and it is working, I would appreciate it if you contact me on skype for more info.

Thanks!

Your likely getting this stuff approved as your account has a great reputation from the clean agency campaigns. Once it gets flagged, kinda feel your going to be in a world of pain cleaning up the mess.

Save it for your clients man and start with a new account you’ve carefully kept separate

Probably your MCC is flagged, either the account or payment option.

I had MCC running for 3 solid years, around 1000 accounts banned in the MCC but the new ones kept running the campaings.
Until 1.1.2018. From that day every new account made from this MCC is either frozen or gets suspended in a couple of days. Some might live up to 30 days.

Later I moved some campaings to other separated ( from this MCC) accounts where they run without problems for 3 months or more.

I get the impression your landing page is not assisting your situation.

I would review the Adwords policies for compliance in relation to your LP.

If you are using it directly like https://www.ecoslim-romania.shop/

From brief glances
1. No contact details
2. No navigation menu
3. It can come across as farming for leads, which Adwords does not like from my recollection

Other ad networks in native, ppv, mobile tend to be more accepting of this LP method you are utilising.

I would recommend keeping your client ad network accounts well away from affiliate accounts, have separate MCC for client activities and different card details.

If you have to do VPN and roundabout methods for the ad network to stop you it suggests it's not a long lasting method to utilise and eventually even if you get away they will likely shut you down in the end.

Enjoy, hope this assists
