Hi guys!
Has anyone ever tried using whatsapp to create a list of contacts and sending them promotions? Is it even legal?
Any tips will be welcomed!

I think you will certainly end up annoying a lot of people. If you are doing it in Europe without consent, that will be illegal after tomorrow.

What if those people will agree to recieve messages from me?
