2 quick questions regarding adding admin to FB BM (3)

I got permission from friends and family to use their FB ad accounts to run my ads from there.

As far as I understand the process they need to add me as an admin to their business manager.

I have 2 questions regarding that:

1) Does it matter if I, as an admin, use a FB profile that has a business manager with banned ad accounts in it? Will that affect my friends new BM and ad acc.?

2) Does it matter when I, as an admin, am in a different time zone or location than my friends BM?

1) It could have effect yes, but not neccessarily. Depends a bit on your trackrecord too I guess.

2) No, but remember the time-zone settings of the account probably are your friends, so keep in mind when launching ads.

I personally try to keep the BM clean. So basically if one of the accounts you have access to gets banned, just kick it out of the BM immediately. That way you can keep it always semi clean. That kind of requires you to just have access and not claim the account.
