Funnel Flux is frustrating!
Hi Everyone,
need some help, please. I can not for the life of me find some stats in funnel flux. I have a campaign link:
http://www.acs.com/?flux_fts=123&flux_fn=456&target={adv_targets}&cam paign={boost_id}&content={content_id}&widget={widg et_id}
I can't for the life of me find where I can see the following variables in reports.
Target
Campaign
Content
Widget.
it is really pissing me off!
I like FF, I like the team behind it, but it is much much more complicated than other trackers out there and this is something that I presume is pretty simple to do.
someone please help me before i rip all my hair out!
thanks

Click on the campaign -> Drilldown -> Click on the space to the right of "Campaign" -> Choose "URL Tracking field" -> "Select a field" and you should see your variables there.

Looks like we had a server issue for a few hours (of course while most of us were asleep), unfortunately that resulted in our licensing server not responding so new logins were blocked for a while -- people already logged in to their trackers should have been unaffected and of course tracking/redirection was fine.
As for the reporting, if you heads to the stats areas, you can add "URL Tracking Field" multiple times to the grouping options and then pick specific fields in the dropdowns that appear. We do it like this to prevent the main grouping menu being cluttered with 100's of fields, since you can report on any traffic source/campaign within the one interface.

Thanks Zeno, appreciate the response. I'll persevere as I think there are some great options that other trackers just dont have I.e nodes and fb pixel. So hopefully these are just teething errors (admittedly on my part as well)
Maybe an option would be to have a notification when they're is going to be downtime.

On our end we're adding some extra monitoring to ensure we don't let the same issue cause a downtime again - it wasn't planned maintenance, just a trivial issue that took a little while to get fixed.
