TrafficJunky Missing Clicks

I always have about 60%+ missing clicks with TJ regardless of what I run, but the issue doesn't happen with other networks and I cant seem to figure out why it is happening. For example, one campaign i ran had 16k clicks but maybe 4k of that was actually delivered. I have tried switching domains for the tracking URL in Voluum, but no luck.

Any idea why this may be happening? Switching landers, placements, etc. doesn't help. The missing clicks are never logged into Voluum.

To get it clear, you have 60% click loss from TJ to Voluum?
As an example, TJ shows 1000 clicks to Voluum but Voluum only tracks 400 clicks?

60% is way too high for banner traffic.
Did you run different Geos or only one Geo with such high clickloss?
And do you have that clickloss on all of your TJ campaigns?
From your post it's pretty hard to tell what's going wrong.

When you say the issue doesn't happen on other networks but only on TJ did you run campaigns on other networks with the same variables like Geo, landers and so on that you could try to isolate the problem to the trafficsource?
Also did you find any patterns in your stats?
For example that only specific placements have very high clickloss or maybe a lander that could have a broken link.

When you did tests with exactly the same variables on other trafficsources and had not that high clickloss there so that you could definitely isolate the problem to TJ you better should ask them about it.
We can only help from the way from trafficsource and following flow.
When you have isolated all variables and can track the issue definitely back to TJ then they probably can help you better because they are the only ones who can access and check their backend.

Would like to know this too, especially the GEO ... some GEOs are known for VERY high clickloss.
