What to do when FB doesn't allow adding payment method due to "trade restrictions"?

Hi,

I'm setting up a new business manager and ad accounts.

I just wanted to add my payment method. After loading for a few seconds I got a message saying that
I can't add anything because of "trade restrictions in my country".

I contacted the support and a bot answered me with giving links to the help pages. But even there I don't find anything about it.

My location is Korea but the FB Profile runs in a VM with German VPS. IP test doesn't show any leaks.

Any idea?

Have you tried to contact the Billing Team; https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/649167531904667/ instead of general support?

Trade restrictions?

And the relevant countries are South Korea and Germany?

Yes, the relevant countries are Korea and Germany. Another member of the forum helped me already on that issue.

We figured out that the vps IP has a high Fraud Score and it might be the reason that FB doesn't let me add my payment method showing that message.

Most VPS's are tackled by Facebook yes :-)
