Hello, i am trying to create my first campaign - native ads ( i do not have any informations about my clients ) but my product is weight loss supplement and in native ads network is option - health and fitness. My question is: should i chose that option or i should do not chose any option and wait information from campaigns and then optimze my campaign?

Depends on the network, some don't care about the categorization of the offers, some do ... If you are asking about what audience to chose for your offer, only testing will give you the answer, but there are some categories that work better than the others ... for example the standard entertainment categories, populated with viral style content don't usually work the best.
Another idea is to talk with your AM at the native network, they often have blacklists/whitelist for certain verticals, so they can share this data with you or give you some tips on what categories to target.
