How are you generating the leads? 45 per call is a bit on the low end, especially for Adwords

Adwords call only ads. That's why I'm looking to find a better offer - 60 to 70 per call if possible

It will be difficult to go directly to life brokers in order to get higher pricing unless you are FCA authorised.
