Sorry for the late reply! I saw your original questions in the other thread before, but got side-tracked and forgot to answer.
I believe UCTR for the REAL OFFER is the percentage of unique users that have clicked through. But the CTR of the real offer will not help you identify bot traffic - so we can ignore this.
As for the "Parses Javascript offer" - I don't know how to interpret UCTR, as it's a bot trap for browsers to "click through" (load) automatically. I would just focus on the CTR, which represents the percentage of human traffic.
So, if you're wanting to eliminate placements with more than 70% of bot traffic, say, then you'd want to cut placements that have <30% CTR.
