Funnel Flux doesn't work with cake, why make a tracker with hitids that cake truncate

Funnel Flux's hit ids are basically their click ids which you pass to your network and then you send back in a post back for conversions. Funnel Flux's hitids look like 2452345234523452345:sfgsfgsdfgsdrtsgsdfgd well for some unknown reason cake truncates everything after the colon. When I pass hitid in S2 in the offer link and pass it back it fires fine in telling Funnel Flux there was a converted lead but when i export the data no colon and no letters at the end its only numbers. So now I can't do a manual update of payouts. I'm not happy, not happy at all, I need to move over to volume now after I have setup tons of campaigns in my tracker. Be warned before you get Funnel Flux, it may have some pretty advanced features but its missing simples ones like this which seemed to be overlooked and caused a huge problem for me now. Looks like i'm gonna spend all day setting up campaigns and resubmitting links on all my campaigns and I lose all that data I have. THANKS Funnel Flux.

That's a bit weird, we use it with Cake on many networks and it works fine.

Maybe that specific network has configured subids to a certain limit?

Anyway, pinged the FFlux team to chime in here.

Have responded to you via our support system.

To clarify here:

You shouldn't have to re-do anything here, I think you just mistook conversion ID (hitID:txid) in FunnelFlux for hit IDs, which are the items that convert (and these are the ones you would see under s2 in your network).

Also, I should note, you did see an issue we have seen a few times with CAKE networks.

For some reason, a hit ID will be passed such as "281824264816565186" and then in their reporting it will display as "281824264816565000" <--- if you ever see it ending with 3 zeroes, something is malforming it and if you copy/paste it into FunnelFlux to do an update, it won't work as that number does not exist in the system.

I tried to reproduce and couldn't do it, but we've had about 3-4 users over the past 6 months encounter this. God knows. I believe we know where the issue arises from and have communicated this bug to CAKE.
