What is standing behind the "Free iPhone X" email submit offers?

Hi guys!
I'm really trying everything these next few months as I'm on a race against the clock to make it in the affiliate marketing world before I get back to my 9am-5pm day job.

I think creating my own offer is a good route to choose in order to have some solid and stable income in the long run.
As I see it, the "free iphone/galaxy" offers should be easy to step up from scretch and I would really love to know from you the experienced guys what is standing behind these offers?

How do they really make money off a simple email submit? And how can I do it as well?

Any input will be very much appreciated!

These lead gen paths are filled with third party co-sponsoring and co-regs. Kinda like a soft lead for companies who want to grow their call center and/or e-mail databases to boost their sales eventually.

You have to stuff these paths with loads of advertisers to create good margin, but also keep a close eye on quality. It takes alot of work getting in the advertisers (who pay like 0,05ct to 0,90ct, depending on geo and way of asking for the lead) and doing after sales part.

If you are in a rush and want to build something sustainable, this will be hard (not only this by the way, lower you expectations or make more time).

Stickupkid, thanks for this very informative response!
I'm really putting all my efforts now on making more money and I feel like I must dedicate some of my time to creating something of my own.
So in your opinion which kind of product is relatively easier to set up from zero?

If you are new, just a heads up that you might want to avoid any EU citizens if you go ahead with this. If you haven't heard about GDPR, it's probably the first thing you have to read about if you want to do leadgen in Europe. It will most certainly make it much harder to sell leads.

Manu is right. Anyone doing coreg or something similar like this in Europe will be running afoul of GPDR.

I suggest to create landers for getting in leads for verticals like finance, solar etc. This way you generate the leads yourself and sell them to companies.
You can focus on one vertical and one traffic source, with having volume and quality in your own hands.

Becoming an advertiser isn't done overnight and certainly not without a team around you.
