I am having problem to add image when posting new thread

Hi STMers,
I am having problem to attach an image when I am trying to post a new thread here. It kept saying that I have exceeded the image size limit. May I know what should I do to fix this?

This is a bug of the vbulletin software that the forum runs on. The best option that we are usually using is hosting the image on some external source, like imgur.com and then embeding it here ... there is bbcode option in the "sharing" options over at imgur.
