Can you use tools like Pagewiz, Leadpages, Instapage to build mobile landers? I'm used to these coming from SEO background but everyone here talks about dedicated CDN setups etc? These landing page builders use CDNs so delivery should be fast enough and you can A/B test them.
Depends on the type of campaigns you're running and on what source. Mobile pops, native, facebook, banners ?
Those templates look more like a fit for product owners, or someone running a whitelat leadgen campaign.
When starting out, you're generally going to be copying landers others are using, then improving upon them.
I would not worry about creating your own landers at the start.
Take what works from the wild (spy tools) and improve upon that.
As for the tools you mention, in the most cases for affiliates those tools overload.
Having your own lander on your own servers/CDN is all about having more control and speed which is both crucial in performance marketing.
