I am running a few push campaigns on a pop network. I know they have bots, however, can a bot click "allow" on a push notification. I a lot of these pop networks are touting "real human" traffic when you buy their push traffic... however if you are running an offer that pays for a subscriber... in this case someone who clicks "allow" on a push notifiction, can bots click the "allow"
Unfortunately Yes! There are bots capable to click allow, fill in an opt-in form, install an app and so on.
Besides implementing some efficient techniques to detect them. I think the best way to get rid of high percentage bot infested placements would be to stay in close touch with your AM. This way you can get their feedback if the quality is good or not.
