How Many Domains Needed? (4)

Hello everyone!

I followed Vortex's guide to help setup Voluum, PropellerAds, and Mobidea.

I signed up for a domain (let's call this Domain 1) through NameCheap and set it up as my custom domain by following this guide.

However, I started following Charles Ngo's guide and was approved by Adividi, and just got a server set up with Liquidweb. Through that process, I also made a new domain (let's call this Domain 2) through NameCheap. I'm in the process of setting up tracking between Advidi and Voluum using this guide.

However, I noticed that my global postback in Voluum is still the Domain 1.

Am I supposed to keep it this way? Or should I be updating it to Domain 2?

If I am to keep Domain 1 as the global post back, then is Domain 2 reserved for my landers?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Your global postback can use any of the domains you have associated with your Voluum account, but it's simplicity sake I'd just use the default "Secure postback URL" provided in the "Postback URL" section of your "Tracking URL's" tab.

Thanks for your input! Is there a reason why one would use the "Secure postback URL" instead of the "Postback URL" if a custom domain is already being used?

Many postbacks only support HTTPS.
