Created many adword in past days, few were still under review, like more than 6 days its still under review.
What should I have to do for those acc?
Right now forget those acc which are live,
but those who are getting under review tags and not yet live, Do you think that its because of manual review and thus weekends makes it late review?

If you have been reviewed for a period of time I would assume you have either done something that could be seen as breaking their rules like direct linking to affiliate offers or a website that has not following their criteria possibly.
