New FB accounts not spending budget nowdays

Hi,

Since last week i'm facing issue with new FB accounts problem is campaign approved but no impression / very low impression on campaigns and the same campaign are working fine with old accounts.

for cross check that thing I've also check with my friends but they are also facing same issue.

- is that due to recent facebook cambridge analytica case ?
- any one here facing same issue ?

- Your daily budget?
- You're doing manual bidding?

Daily budget - High / Low both tried but not working
Bidding - Auto
Audience - Broad
Campaign status - Active

but there's no impression and same campaigns on old accounts are working fine.

btw which geo accounts you are using ?

How long you're talking about waiting? sometimes it may take up to 48hrs to start delivering.

Low impressions is a different story than no impressions. If no impressions, have you checked if your page is still published? sometimes FB unpublishes pages for inactivity or spamming suspicion. Republishing the page again has the campaign start delivering.

I've waited upto 24 hours after campaign approval.

Low impression in my case only 3-5 impression only and no issue with page status active and public

Is it no impressions or low impressions?
Did you just pay the bill or added a new payment method?

If there are no impressions, then most likely you are in a review of sorts or your campaign budgets are too high. So lets say your account threshold is 25usd and all of your campaign daily budgets are over that in total. Try to start up on very small budgets to see if you get traction .

Secondly what might help is to try boost posts for the same domain or set up clean camps for same domain and see if you get traction.

Also ive seen it happen with new pages that delivery is super slow.

If you are doing anything grey or blackhat, FB can no longer afford to "look the other way" and after April 11th, the clampdown will obviously be pretty massive.

Everything fine at payment side we are using prepaid account and account have enough balance and tested with low budget like 15$ but amount no spent

Boost post with the same domain and page like campaigns are working fine but when we are creating campaign from ad manger than no spend issue occurred !

I've checked with WH ads as well but same issue

And tried all possible method what i know

How new are the accounts? If they are not warmed up well enough, big chance FB is going to ban them after some days...

Hello Stickupkid, So FB king is here

I'm using warmed up account these are 3-5 year old accounts. now today am trying to make campaign with old domains than let's see if any positive things come up

I'm new here, having different, but still strange problem. Been running FB for about a year, everything was cool, BH lead generation campaigns. Suddenly all of my accounts for the same campaigns but with (I think so) no footprints, are having 200-400% click price and traffic is complete crap. Same landing page week ago was getting 20% CR, now it's 7%. I can even see that ads are having way less reactions than it was previously. The traffic comes tough, but it's bad AF. Tried different accounts, different budgets.

Also having this issue with one of my campaigns. Overnight the landing page CTR dropped 50-75%. No issues with page load speed and my other campaigns are fine.

Looks like FB is punishing you guys with very bad traffic, for some reason. If other possible reasons are ruled out.

I have the same problem however I have an account that spent over $2000.

I had PPE campaign to test audience. Later I’ve duplicated it for conversion with purchase event.

It took 15h and all 4 ad sets with different audiences spent only 10 cents.

I tried to disable and enable again this campaign without any result.

Each ad set should spend $10 p/d.

What can be a reason?
