Lead Agreement

I will be supplying insurance leads to an insurance broker and now they want a written agreement in place.

Does anyone have a template available for a lead selling agreement?

My company is based in The Netherlands but the website and broker are in Spain.

They basically want exclusivity from me (not selling the leads to other brokers) for an x amount of years which I am happy to agree to.

They also want me not to target the leads I generated with other offers, also happy to agree to that.

There are a few other things which need to be included such as commissions and upsells but that can be added, I just need a template to start things off with.

... there is a ton of them, maybe with a bit of tweaking, you could come up with an agreement that suits your situation

Yes I did Google but most of them didn´t seem to apply to our situation on first sight.

Was hoping that someone here has been in a similar situation and has a more applicable contract available.

It will be hard to find one that fits your situations COMPLETELY... I also doubt someone will hand it over to you just like that, as they most likely paid a lawyer to create it for them or spent their own time on it.

Here is an idea ... try to post a job on upwork or fiverr ... you never know who has something like this available from their past activities

If you want to do it on the cheap, DIY approach, take the closest one and then modify it so that it meets your needs.
