FB Winning Images - All verticals
Stackers,
This topic will be packed with winning images I run/ran mostly during my fashion & supermarket voucher campaigns (but also some other verticals) on FB last month(s). So these could still be relevant!
Learn, copy and find inspiration, whatever makes you happy!

Ofcourse feel free to fill me in with any relevant images or information.

This image was the start of my FB advertising "success" - regarding a funeral insurance CPL campaign. It really made a difference x 10 regarding ROI!

I'm putting this in this week's newsletter! Thanks Tim!
Extremely generous share!
The "find the odd emoticon to win" one generates a ton of ideas. For example:
"Only 1% of all people can answer this question correctly!"
Or fun IQ questions like these:
https://www.iq-test.net/10-funny-iq-...stions-57.html
Also - I wonder how these types of quizzes can do:
http://brainfall.com/
Some of those quizzes may do well for certain demographics...for example target dog lovers with this one:

Or target 40+ with this one:

Basically just rip a survey lander and create similar quizzes. I've never run sweeps on FB so have no idea if they would have a problem with these types of angles. Seems harmless enough though.
I need to find some time to set up a test! Thanks Tim for all the inspiration!

Great addition! Yeah I remember, I think it was Atilla, made some GOT lead gen/quiz and made a thread about it. Upper examples are so good for targeting very precise yeah!
Hopefully others got some interestig images/cases too to share.

Quite recently I have tested these images + relevant lander (ferrari crash - new millionaire - casino - angle)

Also made one with a green and purple border instead of red. Turned out the one without border and the green border had the best CTR.

Great job with the coffins. I remember seeing something similar a while back when was in the same vertical. I used tombstones in a similar fashion and they performed extremely well also.

Here in Canada I see coffins on cigarette packaging as well - stuff like that REALLY makes you do a double-take and think twice.

Yeah I actually remember seeing a study where they compared the really "graphic" images on cigarette packs ( cancer images, rotten legs etc) vs coffins - coffins worked better in influencing people due to the fact they are more relatable.

I tried flyin' pigeons, flowers, mourning scenes, athmospheric graveyards etc etc, but that plain simple image was the start of something!

stickupkid thanks for sharing
a question, if I am not mistaken you mentioned on one of the threads that lead gen/vouchers on FB it's a grey area, is it still the case? Don't you need to cloak landers? And btw on your landers you are using on FB, do you thoroughly follow FB terms, .e.g. including privacy policy, terms, etc?

I call it grey since it's the most tolerated BH vertcial you can run on FB. But don't get too excited, lead gen (sweeps) and pins will be banned once noticed by FB! Most cloak yes, I have never touched cloaking honestly. The landers I mostly get from advertisers so that depends.

Hi Stickupkid, this is a really interesting thread, thank you for sharing all of these images. I believe that you mentioned in another post that you've ran health insurance in the past, do you have any suggestions for good images that could be used for this vertical?

Good question here. I had to adjust a bit because advertisers were quite strict regarding images so I couldn't use some good ones (for example some health issues shown, not heavy like on a cigarette package). I saw "happy" families somewhere in nature doing random stuff performing well, but not too "stock photo-ish".
