Do we join CPA network as Publisher or Advertiser? (2)
Hi STMers,
I have a very basic question that sounds stupid. 
We join traffic sources as "Advertiser", and we join CPA network as "Publisher", am I right?

Advertiser is the one LOOKING for traffic.
Publisher is the one who HAS the traffic.
So depending on what you are up to, you can be both.
When signing up for a traffic source, you are doing that in order to buy traffic, so you are LOOKING for traffic ... in this case you are the advertisers.
When signing up for an affiliate network as an affiliate, you are looking for offers to promote, because you already HAVE the traffic available as you bought it at a traffic source ... in this case you are the publisher.
