My Facebook personal account does not give push traffic.
Are you the same?
Not really, no. Possible reasons you don't get any traffic;
- if manual bidding, your bid is too low
- audience size might be too small
- different timezone settings
- you didn't make a campaign (haha sorry)
- if it's your first campaign - > FB might be looking at your account first to see what's up exactly
- if it's blackhat, they might check your account manually because the ad/link looks suspicious
Give it some time or change something to the campaign if one of the things above are true.
You are not getting any traffic? or just this one?
Also prepaid should not be an issue, if it was working thus far. But if you just paid the bill with it or added, then you are most likely in review

Prepaid accounts are pretty bad option in my opinion. Ive worked with some for a while, but its just such a hassle to manage the funding etc. Normal post-paid is way to go.
