Google security warning on my landing page domain

Hi

I have created some landers for android clean apps (antivitus warning landers). I started driving traffic and getting conversions though with negative ROI but I was trying to optimize and scaling towards the positive. But My domain suddenly got Google security warning and I had to shut down campaign in between.

Now I am thinking what to do

1. Restart with new domain or pool of domain ?(donno how to overcome this again)
2. Try offers of Tier 2, 3 geos? (payout usually low so not sure of getting ROI)
3. Need to do changes in Landers to make them less aggressive ?(remove sound notifications and vibrations)
4. Secure my Domain with SSL certificate?

Please suggest if anyone else faced this issue. I tried US offers only.

My two cents

1. Yes, unfortunately
2. It shouldn't make a difference
3. Possible but not probable
4. It shouldn't make a difference

IME on Facebook, spam warnings show in certain combinations of carriers/IP sets etc., usually a 10-20% of my audience
