I am struggling to find good keywords/urls, for ppv offers. It experienced that lead impact stopped accepting domain variation keywords (as mentioned in 40 days guide) and google keywords search shows irrelevant keywords with steps mentioned in guide.
Is there good tutorial/video for this??
