A short dropshipping campaign

In November, in conjunction with Black Friday, I decided to do a tiny test with a small amount of money (70€).
On Aliexpress I had previously identified a product as good as cheap (2€ per product) and I decided to build a mini-showcase website, flanked by a Facebook page.

I chose a selling price of 9€ (7€ profit on each conversion).
I launched few campaigns, offering a 2x1 coupon for Black Friday (5€ gain on each conversion).

I

Nobody bought anything during the black friday, but I got conversions the other days

What did I get out of it?
✅ 54€ of sales through the website (36€ via redirect of Facebook, 18€ via organic search... the website has somehow been placed on Google)
✅ 27€ of sales through Messenger
✳️ 4 requests about Messenger which not converted
✳️ 2 requests from shops to become their supplier (?!!)

✅ 60 Likes on Facebook (in target)
✅ 40 followers on Instagram, thanks to a post from a small influencers in exchange for a couple of products (the Instagram profile was created only after receiving the proposal on Facebook).

What are the biggest obstacles for this project at the moment?
❌ 30-40 days of shipping!
‼️ Lack of budget to create a small warehouse to guarantee shipment in 2-4 days.

Numbers are pretty small, but so was the investment.
The campaign almost hit the green... which is not bad, considering that the audience was cold and the Facebook page had 0 likes.

I would love collaborate with someone who has more experience than me... but for any advice or question, don't hesitate!

Did you continue with the test after Black Friday, or was it just a one time test?

I'm asking, because the shopping habits of people kinda change during the BF craze

So the first thing I would do, would be to run it again with a limited budget, to see if the results would bi similar.

Hey Matuloo!
Unluckily it was a rough period and it was a one time test.
I'll run again some test campaign in this period and I'll keep you posted.
