Hey!

To understand your problem, could you please tell us did you add any lander to your campaign in Voluum?
If so, what link did you put to this lander? (You can PM me with link)

The ZERO click problem is most likely there because you are direct linking and not using landing pages ... so the visits are sent directly to the offers, they have nothing to CLICK on since there is no landing page.

As for the postback, you need to set it up with your affiliate network ... did you do that and what affiliate network are you working with?

Matej has pointed out why all your clicks are zero - it's normal.

The only remaining issue is the offer link - this lesson contains a step-by-step on how to set things up for Mobidea:

For Addiliate - can you post a tracking link (you can change a couple of digits to keep it private)? And exactly what did your AM tell you regarding how to add the click id to the tracking link (i.e. to which tracking parameter?)

Ah OK!

This is what you do: Add {clickid} after your link, like this:

https://trck.addiliate.com/redirect.html?ad=D7G45H3E&add1={clickid}

Then add the whole link to Voluum as a new offer.

Then you can create a new Voluum campaign, specify the offer in the campaign settings, save the campaign, copy the voluum campaign url, and give that link to your AM. They'll generate a test conversion - and if you've set up the tracking correctly, the conversion should show up in your Voluum stats.

Nope! Glad the question came up!



To get your click url:

-Go to Voluum, click on the gear icon.

-Click on the "Tracking URL's" tab.

-Click on "copy" after the "Click URL" field.

Then open up your lander in an editor, and paste that click url in all the places (outgoing links) you're wanting to send the visitor to the offer from.
